Please have all your court information available for orientation/Intake call along with all necessary fees.
Intakes are by phone the agency phone hours are Monday - Friday - 1 pm - 6:00

Telehealth services are open for all programming. Please call the office to schedule your day, time and class. Phone and Intake hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 11 am-1 pm.
Payments
Arranged at the time of intake - depending on contracts and referral sources.
You will be responsible for paying for all missed appointments or appointments not cancelled with in 24 hours. Payment due at the time of service.
