Intake is part of the consultation, education or counseling programs - Telehealth - Pricing is dependent on the contract amount arranged by your referral source.
Please note that Private/Insurance/EAP clients are not charged an intake fee.
An assessment is conducted to determine the appropriate level of service for an individual. The courts will often request an assessment to fully determine your specific needs.
