Intake is part of the consultation, or education programs - Telehealth - Pricing is dependent on the contract amount arranged by your referral source.
It is understood that we do not issue any guarantee of specific care, outcome, number of sessions necessary or total costs of services. Due to the progress in therapy a client may experience side effects such as uncomfortable feelings and changes in relationships and family roles.
Payments
Arranged at the time of intake - depending on contracts and referral sources. You will be responsible for paying for all missed appointments or appointments not cancelled with in 24 hours. Payment due at the time of service.
A screening or assessment is conducted to determine the appropriate level of service for an individual. Your attorney or the court will often request an screening to fully determine your specific needs.
